AI is worth applying to a process when it is repetitive, language-heavy and slow today. We look for those first instead of automating everything at once.
AI systems are statistical. They produce results that can be wrong, incomplete or outdated, and they are not a substitute for professional, legal or medical advice. We design processes on that assumption and keep a human in the loop where it matters.
EU hosting, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and no training of third-party models on your inputs. These are settled before the first process goes live, not after.
The platform is built on Microsoft Azure. AI processing runs through Azure AI Foundry, authentication and access control through Microsoft Entra ID with multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions. Data is stored in European data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest.
SW Technology Solutions is a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and works together with Microsoft. This lets us build on the certified security and compliance of the Azure platform, including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018 and SOC 1/2/3.
