1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between SW Technology Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its customers (consumers and businesses), in particular for services in the fields of IT consulting, web design, software development, hosting, marketing, hardware provisioning and automation solutions.
2. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded through written confirmation, email, online form or verbal agreement, provided the service is rendered accordingly.
3. Services

4. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are in Euro including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Retention of Title
Delivered software or digital products remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been made.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide all necessary information required for the fulfillment of the contract in a timely manner. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation will extend the agreed deadlines accordingly.
7. Warranty & Liability
For consumers, statutory warranty provisions apply. For businesses, the warranty period is limited to 12 months. The Provider is liable only for intent or gross negligence, excluding personal injury.
8. Term & Termination of Ongoing Contracts
Contracts for recurring services (e.g., hosting or maintenance) are valid indefinitely and may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice to the end of a month, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts (e.g., online bookings). Note: For digital services that begin immediately, the right of withdrawal may expire with consumer consent.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.
11. Place of Fulfillment, Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Austrian law shall apply. The place of fulfillment is the Provider’s registered office. For businesses, the competent court at the Provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
